| R.B Chains have their
own integrated state of art facilities for production of various gold
alloys chains, castings and other jewellery items. All manufacturing
processes involved in conversion of gold metal to finished jewellery
are done in-house. We have quality in built in all our manufacturing
processes as per international recommendations and practice under the
guidance of technocrats having technical competence and experience of
the global standards. We believe in making quality product in the
first attempt only, leaving no scope for rework or rejection. |
Gold Chains:
We use min. 99.5% pure gold. Alloying metals like silver, copper etc.
are also of the highest commercial purity to ensure best possible gold
alloys in purest form.

Melting and alloying is done in electric furnaces at best
suited temperatures under controlled crucible and mould atmosphere.
Rod rolling, wire drawing,
wire flattening are done as per best
recommendations of % cold work between consecutive anneals. Variables
like, dies and rolls, dies & rolls sequence, lubrication, annealing
temperatures, time, cooling and atmosphere are controlled to ensure
consistency of fine grained wires of adequate hardness suitable for
variety of chain making machines. |

Chain making machines use tools of most appropriate profile and
hardness and are precision set by experienced operators to make
consistently uniform quality of chains. Eco-friendly
cadmium free gold brazing
alloy are used wherever necessary for
making fancy chains.

For decoration and faceting of chains, precision machines are used
with best quality hardness diamond tools for a large variety of
designs.
Chains are then put to
routine oil & grease removal and ultrasonic
cleaning and finally finished in high gloss and adequate colour
using electro-less gold plating. |
