Quality Control is made effective by selecting high purity metals for alloying. Process parameters have been designed and are strictly controlled during the process to ensure in-built quality. Competent, skilled and experienced operators work to religiously control process parameters as a routine practice.

Random samples of wires and chains are tested for tensile strength, elongation, yield point and grain size to ensure consistent quality of finished products with highest order of gloss and appearance and practically nil rework or rejection. All test results are recorded and records are maintained for further analysis and modifying process parameters for up gradation of finished products quality.
